I worry it won't make it into series if Ron doesn't bring the characters into focus. I also worry it will, and it will be a CSI/Supernatural copy. I don't watch police procedurals, as a rule. Shows with too much "theme of the day" stuff and too little character development tend to bore me.

I would, however, watch a show with 30 minutes of James smoking a cigarette and nothing else. And take 10,000 screenshots. So in that sense, I will obviously watch, end of story. But still. *feels nervous*Denisellehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06795374433278780949noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6631575026648669551.post-20066667849663108862011-03-05T11:00:19.178-08:002011-03-05T11:00:19.178-08:00I still cannot think of James as "Jeff",...I still cannot think of James as "Jeff", but it'll be awesome to see James and Tricia interact in another role!!!

But geez, I really hope it's going to be a little character-based, a little funny, or something. I hope there will be interesting character building stuff later. BUT. We know James, Jamie and Tricia deep-think their characters and that RDM and MR are open to their ideas.

And we know James adds humor to basically everything he does. So I'm hoping there will be some of that.Denisellehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06795374433278780949noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6631575026648669551.post-87601638017749154212011-03-05T10:49:33.287-08:002011-03-05T10:49:33.287-08:00LOL THAT ART! We know there's at least one scene in the pilot between Jeff, Caolan, and Morgana. Dialogue doesn't really pop but I'm interested in what they'll do with it - the premise is good if you can suspend disbelief.Nicole Anellhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03584658193555548136noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6631575026648669551.post-77090037148289564872011-03-04T23:01:30.557-08:002011-03-04T23:01:30.557-08:00Heee! Maybe that would give me some idea of many James would eat.. :DDenisellehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06795374433278780949noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6631575026648669551.post-32526335674686200122011-03-04T15:54:06.521-08:002011-03-04T15:54:06.521-08:00When Dick and I were in NYC, we genuinely wanted a...When Dick and I were in NYC, we genuinely wanted and needed a Dunkin' Donuts. We were hooked on the shit, so badly hooked at one point I ate so many donuts I lapsed into a sugar coma, then woke up and ate more donuts. Anyway, we were in Manhattan, somewhere near Times Square, where they have all the big chains, and we thought "there must be some donuts around somewhere" but we couldn't find 'em and so we asked a cop. We were both terrified he would shoot us for our audacity, but actually he was really nice and gave great directions. Also, we are white. But unfortunately, the store was closed.

Never mind! The one right next to our subway stop in Queens turned out to be open TWENTY-FOUR HOURS!

Anyway, great news about the show.Robyn E.
